How to register

A member is required to fill in the form PSPF NO. 1 and attach the following:

• 2 Passport size photographs (colored);
• Copy of the letter of first appointment;
• Most recent salary slip (original copy);
• Marriage certificate / Deed poll in case of change of name(s).
